Amazing stay! The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff provided excellent service. The guy at the front desk was super helpful. Great location with stunning views. I loved everything about it, and I will definitely stay here again on my next Veracruz trip.
I didn't realize there wouldn't be a fridge in the room—maybe you have to request one? I was a little bummed, but honestly, it’s probably my fault for not double-checking before I booked. Oh well, I'll look closer next time

Sea view and a regular room, rather in the lower range of what to expect in a 4-star-hotel. The pool is nice.
Veracruz itself is not really a place we would need to return to. The hotel is okay but from a 4-star-hotel, we are used this standard or better. No fridge in the room :-(.
Breakfast was extremely overpaid so we had breakfast for 25% of the price outside.
