Camera grande ma mancanza di prese vicino a letto e in generale, e un unica luce con pulsante accanto alla porta e non vicino a letto

To start off I am not fluent in Japanese but that did not change how they treated me. Any interaction I had with staff felt very welcoming. They were helpful and kind. They also staff the front desk 24/7 which was helpful because we had to forward our luggage here but did not get back to the hotel until 2 am. The hotel itself is tucked away on a side street which was awesome because it felt calm and quiet. The room itself had plenty of space bigger than other places we stayed at. Everything was clean and presentable. The tub was nice for a soak as well. There wasn't a bidet installed in the bathroom but honestly that was not a big deal for me. Though nice to have it is not essential. Would stay here again.

On cleaning days you have to leave your key at the front desk for them to get in to clean. This was more of something I thought was a bit odd but not necessarily a negative as I said their front desk is staffed 24/7.

Good value for money for accommodation close to shinjuku station. Helpful Staff with very good English proficiency. Clean room. Twin room had 2 beds and reasonable amount of space for 2(for japan)

Climate control was a bit loud especially the exhaust fan. But it was working. The room interior could use an update but functionality was all there. Personally not a big fan of carpet floors but that is just my general preference. Our room in particular had a window but it was facing a wall so not really usable at all.

common area could be made nicer, free tea/coffee would be great. pillows on the beds were terrible.
