ドライヤー１台使用不可能、トイレの電球が切れてましたが、どちらも消耗品なので仕方ないかなーと思いました。 チャットでのスタッフの方の対応はとても丁寧でした。

In a quiet residential area but conveniently located a few blocks from Kuromon market and a short stroll to the main Namba sights. There is a supermarket around the corner and a few eating options in the neighboring blocs. The house had plenty of amenities and everything seemed in working condition.

We arrived at the house on a winter night and the heating was not on -so the place was freezing cold. It took us a while to figure out how to turn on one of the A/C splits, so the first night was not ideal. As a sign of courtesy to the guests, I think simply turning the heating a few hours before arrival can go a long way (as it takes a while for such a big house to become warm). Also, if travelling with people with reduced mobility, keep in mind that the bathroom, common area and one bedroom are up a relatively steep (but not too long) flight of stairs.

I love everything at here.

The bed is not as strong as it should be.
