Amazing location, right next to the bridge to the old town, supermarket across the road and plenty of cafes and bakeries within 5 mins walk. Flat itself is very spacious and quiet, aircon worked well and shutters were efficient at keeping the heat out. Our flight was delayed and Roko met us in the middle of the night to give the keys and show how everything works

- Host Roko is really excellent. Helping and supportive
- Location if the apartment is unbeatable. Shops, public transport and many restaurants are very near by
- Cleanliness of the apartment is excellent
- All facilities - kitchen, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine are in top condition
Nothing to really mention as negative... just couple of thoughts
- Felt bit expensive
- Sofa bed could have been more comfortable

Very spacious apartment with perfect location. Very nice-looking and well decorated. Lots of equipment - and most important - air conditioner cooling during hot time.
Nothing to complain

This is absolutely amazing apartment. It is located five minutes from the old town and all the sights, but at the same time in a quiet and peaceful place. The apartment has everything you need, you do not need to worry about anything. The owner is very nice, met us at a convenient time, told and showed us everything. He also treated us to welcome drinks, which was very nice after a long journey. When I come to Zadar again, I will stay here again.
