Such an amazing place to stay, the full room was super clean, comfortable, home vibe!!! We love our stay in here, if we go back to Zadar with no hesitate we are gonna stay in here. It's Super huge and has separate bad and shower, as well as a mini bar with beverages and a HUGE TV. Design it's just so beautiful, full in love with this place 🤍

The best thing was the location, right on the water front and a less than 5 minute walk into the centre of the old town, it was so great to just be able to head back to the room whenever we wanted if it got too hot. The room was very clean and comfortable. We did self check-in and Marko made the process very simple (it was great because we arrived in early so didn’t have to wait until the afternoon).

The room was clean, modern and fresh. Cold water and coffee on the room was included. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and it is just a few meters to restaurants and nightlife. The landlord and the cleaner wanted to make sure that we were satisfied. Aircondition was fantastic.

The safetylocker was not fixed to anything.

Marko's spirit of hospitality and promptness to respond to our queries was the highlight. He did everything to make us feel welcome and comfortable by paying attention to the details. The rooms sit on the third floor of an old building which is located right at the edge of the old town. All sights and restaurants are at walkable distance.

Everything was good, clean, perfect location, nice staff.

We missed a balcony that we could dry also things for swimming but apart from that everything was good.

The location is perfect, a short walk from the oldtown stop of the airport bus. The rooms are modern and very clean. The manager Marko is very attentive and helpful.

I liked everything about this property - location was perfect. Property was also nicely refurbished, clean and had some drinks in the fridge for me. I slept like a baby at night - it was well insulated and dark, super comfortable for a good night rest

Breakfast is included, but you actually get a voucher for the cafe nextdoor. When we arrived, there was almost nothing left on the "buffet" and the lady in charge was not really in a hurry to replenish the buffet. Luckily, you had the option to order eggs and fruit...which we did. Good for one morning.

Marko, the host, was flexible and incredibly helpful. He kindly offered us early check-in, so we didn’t have to carry our bags around. The room was spotlessly clean and the complimentary coffee and bottled water were much appreciated. The property is conveniently located a few minutes walk away from city centre and with a swimming beach just outside.

There was construction going on just outside the property, which got a bit noisy during the day - but obviously not the hotel’s fault.

Everything was perfect, host was very helpful and waited for us when we arrived at 10pm. Apartment is very clean and 3min of walking distance from restaurants and bars.

We loved absolutely everything about it - location, facilities, super comfy bed. Marco, the host, was very very helpful and accommodating. Great place managed by an even better person!

The property was super clean and in a perfect location. The ocean was right in back of the building, so a 2 minute walk and we were on the main walking path along the ocean to the sea organ. There were amazing restaurants on the same street and it was only about a 15-20 minute walk from Kolovare beach also. The host was really nice, and made sure we had everything we needed for the stay. We loved it here!

Location is at the promenade in the centre Modern room with super comfortable big bed and clean equipped bathroom The AC as at a good location in the room. Cools is down and do not blows the air directly on you. Soundproof windows.
