Location and size
Few little bits that need to be fixed. Front door lock, lose tap fittings and shower head.

Very roomy
Dining room chairs were a little wobbly and really could use luggage racks in each room.

The location is fantastic! Beautiful high ceilings and traditional features. Very spacious and clean.
Looking a little tired in some areas but adds to the charm.

Excellent location, within walking distance of most of the main attractions in Rome. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by. A supermarket across the road and bus stops a short walk away. The employee who greeted us was helpful although didn’t speak English so translating was a little challenging.
The beds were so uncomfortable, many of us woke with terrible back and neck ache. Only one very small pillow per person which was also very uncomfortable. Not enough mugs for the amount of people staying which meant we had to wash and share the mugs in order to have a drink in the morning. 2 of the beds are sofa beds. Not proper beds.
