Arinsal Family Complex is 10 from 10. Cala Crancs Bay is the quiet place with many trees. Apartments were clean and had good furniture and kitchen was fully equipped. Amazing front veiw at the buy Cala Crancs from the balcony and you can get the beach less then 3 min.
UHC's office in Salou has a good location and it was easy to collect keys 10min (maybe because we fill the form with passports details on UHC's site). But UHC's office in Salou has break 13:30 - 16:00. We were lucky be the first in line of 12-15 people as we arrived at the office 20min before 16:00. We arrived in Salou from Barcelona after 4,5 hours of flight at 2 p.m. and wait 2 hours. It was very inconvenient. I asked UHC's office by email to get keys before 4 p.m. but they said that they don't have the option like I asked.

Fantastic location and spectacular view! Spacious apartments.
To my mind appartments renovation is required. Although, apartments are clean I suppose last renovation happened about 10 years ago. There is signs of aging everywhere. Sofa in living room has multiple stains on it (i guess it could be easily solved by cleaning its surface with washing vacuum cleaner). There is lack of electrical sockets, which was ok 10 years ago but not now. You will need to purchase a power extender cable if you would like to sit on the balcony and charge your notebook. The kitchen is too small. No WiFi, no hair dryer. Photos on the site are much better then the apartments in real life are.
