The location was central to many tourist sites.

The room was a bit stuffy. Could not open the window, because it smelt like sewerage outside

Well the offerfor the spa was good,
The service from the staff at the Spa could have been better, took away the wine which was paid for even though still had half a bottle left, felt the staff were rushing us to get out

Very comfortable room with excellent service and communication. Ideally located for us to walk to the sights around Rome. The old elevator is a god send instead of hauling luggage up the stairs. The staff greeted us and highlighted sights on a map to giving us excellent bearing for our stay.

This hotel was beautiful, the staff greeted me instantly with smiles. The room was very clean and comfortable - I didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend
The lift was a little slow, so occasionally opted to use the stairs from the third floor.
A little noisy through out the day with construction.
Unfortunately I was too slow and all the day spa/massage were booked out.

Wasn’t sure which room we had booked until we got there as the pictures include all the suites and the one we had was the smallest

we weren’t able to book the spa before we got there and when we arrived it was fully booked which was disappointing since as we chose this hotel specifically for the spa. also no breakfast unlike what is shown on the images for the hotel which is very confusing

Excellent service. Calm. Good location which allowed us to walk everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay and slept extremely well
If I had to say something, it would be that the lift could do with cleaning .

The staff were so lovely. They provided us with a map and highlighted the key tourist attractions. They also recommended top places to go for restaurants which most tourists don’t go to.

No coffee or milk in the room. Plastic cups need to be a bit more robust as they were flimsy.

Great location, very welcoming and helpful staff. Room comfortable and clean. The staff had kindly prepared our room ready for our early arrival and looked after our bags until we were ready to leave for the airport. The accommodation was excellent and we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, within walking distance of all major attractions. Comfortable, clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels provided every day.
There are no dine in options however that didn’t bother us too much as there were plenty of lovely cafes and restaurants all around.

Fab location, close to the Termini and lots of places to eat breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks. great for shopping too. Lovely hosts who were very helpful and responded quickly to every contact. Spotlessly clean.
Missed having my morning coffee (only tea provided and no milk). However there was a great little coffee and cake shop less than a minutes walk from the hotel.

A beautiful room! Very kind and helpful staff. Great value. There are multiple locked doors with swipe access, so we also felt very safe.
The front desk is not supported 24/7. You may need multiple trips when using the elevator, they are very small.
