The house was not clean. We had to vacuum sunflower seed shells out of the rug in the living room, wipe down the dining room chairs that were coated in sticky stuff, rewash dishes that were in the cupboard and we found a pill on one of the nightstands in the kid's room. There are dark smears of something on the doorframes in both bathrooms, cobwebs inside and out, and dust on all of the surfaces. The shower liner in the bathroom is moldy and there is mold in the shower of the primary bathroom too. Paying a 120.00 cleaning deposit to have to clean on arrival and before we leave is ridiculous. None of the windows were locked, the slider on the primary out to the back patio is broken, so are several of the blinds and there is no window covering on an exterior glass door which was uncomfortable as a woman traveling with an older woman and a child as the people staying next door had a great view into the house. The internet never worked, we had to cast Netflix from my phone to the TV if we wanted to watch anything in the evening. Overall, it was disappointing and did not live up to the posting.
