L’accueil chaleureux de la réceptionniste, la propreté des chambre et salle de bain, l’agréable personnel de ménage, le bon conseil pour le petit déjeuner pris à l’extérieur , l’accès au parking souterrain tout poche et l’emplacement idéal pour se promener et visiter Castro Urdiales

Right in the centre of town
Quite basic and dated. Didn't smell great, shower is not very pleasant and the temperature fluctuates wildly. Beds have quilts/blankets without covers and so they cannot be cleaned easily. You have to assume it is not done very often. Had some fellow guests making a lot of noise late at night which made the place seem quite seedy. Love hotel vibes.

I wish there was a fan in the room ... a dog barking kept me up but I needed to leave the window open bc it was hot a fan would have helped

Location excelent, owners are very kind and helpful, room was super clean, despite being in the very center, in the room at night is very quiet.

Very clean, simple pension. Room was small but adequate. Great location. Very quiet street. Nice town. Bus to Bilboa was 200 meters away from front door. Excellent Italian restaurant just around the corner. Pastelliari for pasteries & coffee in the AM 2 minute walk.

Staff were amazing, everything we needed for our stay was catered for. Superb spot in the old town. Shower was fantastic.

I really liked this place. Perfect location. Really friendly and helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable, nice little balcony. Has some nice character so couldn't fault it too much for a short stay, I even stayed an extra night
