Gefallen hat mir die verständnisvolle und hilfsbereite Kommunikation ab ein paar Tagen vor der Anreise, die freundliche, persönliche Schlüsselübergabe der schönen großen, sehr sauberen, zentral gelegenen Wohnung und die beiden, kompetenten, netten Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen.

Das Ersuchen um Übermittlung aller Reisepassdaten und der ausgefüllten Datenschutzerklärung war zeitlich etwas knapp.

We very much enjoyed the location and views of the property It was very close to S.Toma ferry pier and walking distance to the train station What we enjoyed about the property was the space we had Haven’t an apartment gives you the freedom to cook and have the space that a hotel doesn’t provide Also has a really nice bar underneath the apartment which can occasionally be noisy over the weekend but we enjoyed getting out with the locals sitting with a glass of wine on the bridge in front of the apartment

After booking the property I was contacted by the property manager informing me that it was €300 deposit plus city tax in cash on arrival. After speaking to the property manager by message. I informed him I would be checking in after the check-in times. And was told I would have to pay €50 for late checkout, then I told him I would be checking out at 9am ( check out was before 10am) and I was informed again that I would have to pay another €50 for early checkout. I can understand it is a self run apartment but thought it was a little extreme to try and charge someone to come and get the key. My advice for the property they need a lockbox which would resolve all of these problems.

Located in our favourite part of Venice - S. Pol - and close to the Frari ... handy for shops and restaurants. Pleasant enough apartment.

Heating and hot water not working on our arrival ... host did try to sort it out but it took three days and a number of failed attempts. Bedroom is above a very popular bar - you can practically shake hands through the window with the drinkers there. Very noisy at the weekend, not so bad during the week.
