Neat and everything in place with a handy fan in the closet

The common areas could do with a bit more sprucing up - perhaps refurbishing

Stayed in apartment 408 with teen daughter for Reading festival. Began to worry as the date came closer after reading negative reviews- even packing spare sheets in case it was dirty. I needn’t have worried, the apartment was perfect! Clean, spacious, and great facilities. Came with towels, toiletries, hairdryer, dishwasher, fan, great wifi, washing up liquid/sponges, Netflix, tea/coffee and even some snacks! Honestly couldn’t have thought of anything more. Great location for city centre, plenty of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable. Simple to access. Despite coming on a very busy weekend I didn’t hear anyone else in the building and it felt very safe. The deposit was returned to my account 3 days after checking out. Thanks for a great stay.

Only slight negative was I couldn’t get the washing machine to work properly as it wouldn’t rinse and smelt musty. Wasn’t an issue for us as didn’t realise it would be included anyway. Can hear some noise from street in mornings. Again nothing drastic, and to be expected in city centre.

Location brilliant but noisy till late night

Property was good . The concern with the neighbourhood noise till late in the night due to bike delivery groups

Loved reception staff and the cleaners were lovely .

Reservation process was not great . Lots of noise also from around 5 am outside as it's a really busy street full of businesses .
