Central location was great, right next to monument station and the flat itself had all that was needed

Fantastic location. Close to everything you need. it’s only about a 10 minute walk from the main train station.
Plus, all the amenities of self catering. With Grainger Market literally a stone’s throw away.
No heat in the bedroom. So if the bedroom door is shut it got really cold in there. I applied this would only be an issue in the winter months.

perfect location and size
We had a pleasant stay, but found the stairs and early check-out time challenging, especially for families with young children and elderly individuals. The room heaters could also be improved, especially for families with newborn babies. It would be helpful if the hotel offered assistance with luggage, more flexible check-out times, and better heating options

Large apartment,comfortable ,with everything you could need.excellent location and quiet ,even though youre in the city centre.owner was very friendly and helpful.
The lift broke down a few times which was an issue for me being 3 floors up.something to think about if you really cant manage stairs at all.

Great location, very ni e amenities for a longer stay. Locationright un Grainger Town perfect fo seeing Newcastle.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. We did not rent a car, you may need to sort out parking if you do, but a car isn't needed. Loads of taxis and access to Central Station and Metri.

This property is the absolute business.
centrally located by the Monument, but beautifully quiet. The apartment is well laid out and decorated to a high spec. Well worth the money. this is the third time I have stayed here and absolutely love it.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was so clean and had all the mod cons. Paul was very helpful and very quick to respond. We have stayed in Newcastle upon Tyne on many occasions and this is the best accommodation to date. Superb location.

nothing : be nice to have a desk type chair in the lounge but really it was excellent

Very grotty entrance area
Lift to third floor was very tired
Coffee tables and bedside tables needed a clean before use
No iron (Michael gave me next doors)
No luggage storage offered when requested
Iron board cover needed a wash before I could use it. Unclean
Shower in bath hence large step in
No DVD or CD player
No flexibility when needed to leave a day earlier. Blamed it on Bookings.com but I have never had this problem with other accommodation I have used through this site
