The cabin had a beautiful view and so cozy! We loved being able to walk down to the beach and walk up and down near the water! The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was very clean!! It was nice to meet the owner! She was very nice! We wish we could of stayed longer we loved Homer!! We will be back again!!

My now-hubby and I chose to elope to Homer and get married on a glacier. Little did we know our view from this beautiful little cabin would be of the glacier we were to be married on. From the moment we drove up, we knew we had chosen the perfect place. The views (no matter the weather) are spectacular. If you enjoy bird-watching or beach-combing like we do, you will not be disappointed!! We especially loved seeing the Bald Eagles every day. We saw rainbows across the bay, sea lions on the rocks, star fish and octopus at low tide and collected some beautiful shells we don’t see on our East Coast beaches. We also had the unexpected chance to meet Donna and she is awesome!! Wish we lived closer and could call her a friend. We will definitely be back the next time we are able to visit Homer!! Also, if you get the chance, stop by the Salty Dawg Saloon on the spit….it’s a cozy little gem with a super friendly staff!!

This cabin had the best views. We stayed here 3 nights, but I would have loved to stay another couple of nights. Views absolutely can't be beat! Host is so sweet and helpful. Very clean and has a full kitchen. Amazing stay. Trust me, book several nights!!!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The pictures don’t do it justice! There was a beautiful view, it was very clean and had all the amenities you need. Donna was a great host and communication was fantastic! Would definitely stay here again.

This cabin, right on the waterfront, was perfect for long walks on the beach and for taking pictures of the ever-changing landscape right out side our windows.
Conveniently located to all the Homer attractions, it was a nice quiet retreat after the day’s activities.
This was our second stay at one of Donna’s properties. Excellent experiences both times.

This property is beautiful and functional. I cannot speak highly enough about it. The hosts are attentive and very helpful. You wake up to the beauty of the ocean and it is just spectacular! Will hopefully be able to come back soon. Saw eagles, seals, fish - just wonderful!

This property was the most amazing we stayed in all of our 2 week Alaska vacation. What an amazing view and what a nice studio apartment with everything you need. Apartment smells new and in very pristine condition. Our only regret is not knowing how nice that was because we would have booked a whole week here! Great water and Mountain Views. If we ever come back to Homer, this is where we will be staying. The host provides all information needed and available to respond to any needs. We love thus place.

Best Place Ever!
Our stay was fabulous! The view was magnificent!! The entire front was windows looking out over the bay. The cottage was pristine and we had everything we needed. Nothing was spared. The decor was well done with a “Beachy” theme. Grill on the deck, bonfire on the beach….wow! We will definitely be back! Don’t hesitate on this one folks:)

Wonderful Beachside Treasure!
This beautiful cabin was the perfect stay for my friend's first time to Alaska! Such a lovely and comfortable space right on the water, with full views of Kachemak Bay. Peaceful and quiet, with a quick drive to town and the Spit. Donna was a wonderful host, so welcoming and available if needed. Will definitely rent this Homer paradise again!

The property was close to town.
Looked looking at the bay, walking on the beach at low tide, and enjoying the view of the bay and glaciers.
The host was great. She made the total stay wonderful.

Perfect Location
I fell in LOVE the moment I pulled into the driveway! The front yard is very pretty then you walk up on the beautiful back deck, NO STAIRS, that overlooks the water. The inside of the cabin is beautifully decorated and it was the perfect size for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable. I loved the quietness of the location. It is close to the Spit and the business district but on a quite beach between the two. I just cant say enough good things about our stay and Donna is a DREAM! She is very sweet and accommodating. Very easy to reach if needed. We cant wait to come back next year!
