It was large enough for my family.

It was very nasty and dirty and because of the house we were unable to keep any of our plans. My grandsons 3rd birthday party was ruined. The house had roaches everywhere and the pool was filthy and disgusting.

Wasn't offered breakfast

I was relocated due to maintenance repairs in the rental I selected. I was placed in a different rental without the amenities that was offered in the original. The air conditioning stop working in the middle of the evening. It wasn't until after 2am that it was repaired

the pool heat didn’t work, house had fruit flies, roaches, broken doors in room , none of the games worked in house as advertised, it was one thing after another we ended up moving to another house.

The house is as pictured so beautiful, accommodated us perfectly. My requests were fulfilled without hassle. The kids loved the water park and so did I.

The pool alarm was the most annoying thing the whole trip. If the door wasn’t closed a certain way, it would still go off. It’s so far from the door, and having to push the button and get to the door and close it correctly in 10 seconds was just too much. A gate around the pool would be better in my opinion. The upstairs dryer wouldn’t turn on.
