Super clean, recently renovated and new. Convenient location. Kind staff.
The pillows were crappy and cheap! The other newly renovated Hampton Inns I’ve stayed at have down pillows which are way more comfortable! In addition, the AC unit in room 423 would randomly make sounds that sounded like metal clanging and it woke my husband and I up 5-6x in the night. Awful.

Janelle, at the front desk went out of her way to help obtain a room close to my sister-in-law along with calling me with updates as the room became available. Great communication that is truly appreciated

Comfortable room, extra blanket stored in closet for those who like to sleep a little warmer than the others in their party. Very close to a variety of dining choices.
Room coffee maker didn't work, clock would not show accurate time despite attempts to adjust it, and issues with logging into the internet via laptop... apparently a common issue according to evening hostess.
