In der Wohnung selbst wie auf den Fotos alles Top und gepflegt.Sauna Top und gepflegt. !!!!Aber!!!!

Man hat keine Privatsphäre im Erdgeschoss durch den Freizeitpark 20m unterhalb,jeder Besucher muss am Fenster vorbei selbst Abends kommt noch ein Wanderer,Quad,Auto,Moped. Also mal in der Wanne liegen und in die Berge schauen ist nicht.Das gleiche gilt auch für die Sauna.Mit das schlimmste 1,50m neben der Terrasse wo ich Frühstücken möchte oder entspannt einen Kaffee trinke ist gleich das Klo für den Freizeitpark,das ist unmöglich.Der Whirlpool ist gleich vor der Eingangs Tür von der 1 Etage wieder keinerlei Privatsphäre.Fliegen ohne Ende beim Einzug bestimmt 40-60 Stück .Die Fliegen klatsche die man wirklich braucht ist einem Chalet nicht würdig.Wir haben Frühstück bestellt kam pünktlich am ersten Tag die Box wurde aber nicht abgeholt,am zweiten Tag gab es erst gar kein Frühstück wurde vergessen zu liefern.Also im Nachhinein gesehen bereue ich es so viel bezahlt zu haben ,für das was ich bekommen habe.

The property was a nice little place in a ski area and everything was very comfortable and new, the room was very clean and organized, there was really a jacuzzi, a bath and a sauna and they were working properly. The staff was very nice and took us to the room with a car because it was snowing very hard, that was really nice.

First my boyfriend asked for a birthday decoration (which he would pay for) and they didn’t do it. Instead they asked again if we wanted a birthday decoration one day before the stay started we had no internet to get textes and that really bothered me because it was my birthday and there was no other place I would celebrate it. Second the pictures are misleading, the place is not a Luxury Chalet, is a hotel room with some superior amenities (like the bath). I know that because I work in the hotel branch as a reservation supervisor, so I know the difference between a room and a Chalet. And the term luxury is also not real. The pictures don’t match the room, they put a 100 pictures and is hard to know which belongs to the room you’re in so it was hard for us to travel for 20 hours back and forth to go to something not expected. The room is in a ski area/ climbing area, which was not described in the property description. So you will not have what was shown in the picture: quiet peace and silence. There’ll be plenty of skiers or climbers going up and down, sitting in front of your door, watching you if the curtains are open, screaming. So is good maybe if you ski but we didn’t go for skiing we go to relax. I don’t know how these descriptions were not on the review so i think there’s some manipulation of the reviews because it would be overall a 7,5 or 8 but not a 9,8 which is also unfortunately the truth
