I liked the location and the house was very well stocked for us. The kitchen had everything needed. The TV is rather small but we didn't need it anyway. It is convenient to Good Harbor Beach.

The bedrooms are at the top of a tricky flight of stairs while the bathroom is on the lower floor. I would not recommend this property for anyone with any mobility impairment. There is really only room for one vehicle and a sharp curve with bushes makes it tricky to get on the road.

NEED new rug in living area, can buy at Ocean State for $60. N Didn't want to take shoes off to walk on floors! Also bath bottom has marks that maybe gel gloss would remove. Wanted to clean off shelving old games etc. and remove some furnishings in dining area. Could be a dollhouse with a few tweeks.

It was not cleaned and had dirty linens in every room!!

This was a cozy little cottage that me and my family of 5 really enjoyed ! It's location was perfect, especially if you enjoy going to the ocean and beaches. Gloucester itself has a lot to see. The cottage supplied us with everything we needed so all we really needed to bring was clothing and the food we planned to eat . It was so clean and comfortable! We can't wait to visit again !
