kayak a casa per gli ospiti. Privato due camere da letto, due bagni in bella chiave torcia (lato mare) su boscosa sacco canale anteriore. Sarà ospitare grande barca, con una potenza di 60 ampère e cavo al molo!. House è ben tenuto e offre tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, piani travetine in cucina e bagni e moquette nelle camere da letto e soggiorno. Nuovi materassi in schiuma di memoria 2019. Controsoffitti di granito in cucina e due bagni. Tutto aggiornato solo pochi anni fa, elettrici, idraulici ecc House ha tagliato enorme nel bacino barca che può ospitare diverse navi più piccole o utilizzare come area piscina di acqua salata privata. Grande ponte di legno

I had a wonderful week of relaxation in a quiet, peaceful location. The house was supplied with everything we needed. My grandchildren fished and swam in the canal and will have wonderful memories of a great vacation. Would definitely rent this place again. Very clean and modern.

We informed the property manager/owner of the issues and there was no offer to address any of them. The master toilet was unsecure - it rocked and rattled. There are no drapes on any of the 3 large living room slider doors where the sleeper couch is located for 2 of the advertised 6 guests to sleep. The decking by the front door has spacing up to 1-1/2" gaps making it easy for toes or flipflops to get caught. We found what appeared to be termite droppings on a window sill and throughout our stay on the living room floor. We found many dead bugs on the 2nd bedroom window sill on our arrival. The carpet was either very dirty or badly stained. The air filter was filthy. The TV in the 2nd bedroom didn't work. We found windows and some slider doors unlocked on our arrival. Since we arrived very late at night, we phoned the next morning and left a message and never got a response until a few days later we spent the time to send an email. When the property manager/owner finally responded, he did not offer to address any of the issues. His only repeated response was that no one had ever complained before. I would think it being a rental the owner would have to address the safety and potential health issues...but it's Florida so the rental law may be different there???

We just wanted to thank you for letting us rent your home on Little Torch. We had an amazing time! The house was wonderful, very convenient, we felt secluded and in a true paradise. We enjoyed meeting and getting to know the neighbors too, they were all so nice and interesting to talk with. Everyone was very friendly and the marina could not have been in a better location along with the boat ramp. We felt so relaxed and at home down there. We would love to go back next year and stay longer. Having the basin to pull the boat up to, and the dock area right there by the house was perfect!! We had a great time fishing and venturing out to Little Palm Island. The restaurants you recommended were great, and sitting either in the kitchen or on the picnic table enjoying the peaceful atmosphere really was the best feeling! Thank you for all of your help and it was nice to know that everything listed on your website was true but even better when you actually arrived.

Amazing first trip to The Keys
The house is exactly what is says! Privete and Serene! This was my son and his best friends graduation trip, and it was PERFECT!! This property has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Centrally located to lots of attractions, 30 min drive to Key West and 30 minutes to Marathon. I could not have asked for a better place to stay! Owners were very helpful, emailed them a few times with questions and they responded quickly. I will definately stay in this property again!

We spent Christmas here are had a wondeful time. As represented, it's very private and extremely well-located to local stores, eateries, and for boating. It definitely satisfies the three Cs: Comfortabel. Clean. & Convenient.

This is a top notch property. We have enjoyed our month-long stays in February for the past two years. Excellent amenities, including WIFI. Very comfortable We really enjoy having cocktails on the deck overlooking the canal and we cookout on the gas grill provided. We bring our Boston Whaler and launch it at the boat launch at Dolphin Marina, (which is very close by just down the canal) and dock it next to the deck behind the house. Very conveniet. Excellent boating to Looe Key, Bahia Honda Beach, Picnic Island and several closeby restaurants. Of course, Marathon and Key West are just a short drive away! We are repeat customers of Tim and we very much appreciate this property. We are renting the property for two months in 2012. You can't go wrong renting this property! I highly recommend it.

This is a top notch property. We have enjoyed our month-long stays in February for the past two years. Excellent amenities, including WIFI. Very comfortable We really enjoy having cocktails on the deck overlooking the canal and we cookout on the gas grill provided. We bring our Boston Whaler and launch it at the boat launch at Dolphin Marina, (which is very close by just down the canal) and dock it next to the deck behind the house. Very conveniet. Excellent boating to Looe Key, Bahia Honda Beach, Picnic Island and several closeby restaurants. Of course, Marathon and Key West are just a short drive away! We are repeat customers of Tim and we very much appreciate this property. We are renting the property for two months in 2012. You can't go wrong renting this property! I highly recommend it.

I stayed at this property in April of 2010 with my girlfriend and another couple and I have to say we were all very impressed and completely satisfied. The interior of the house is very high quality and the location is beautiful. Everything went well with the owner. The owner is reputable and has no history of issues with previous renters or law enforcement, I did my research (online) before renting the house. The location is very convenient, its only a short drive to either bahia honda state park (which is gorgeous) and marathon (which has an excellent selection of local seafood restaurants and markets). If I travel to the area again I will definitely look to rent this property.
