Grand Whiz Hotel Nusa Dua Bali

Very decent hotel for a low price — excellent value for money and comfort. As a budget hotel, my expectations weren’t too high, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great location, about a 10 min walk to an amazing beach with calm, beautiful water. Big swimming pool, nice garden, and good breakfast buffet. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was basic but very clean and comfortable. Overall, a very good choice for the price.

Cons: We ordered dinner at the hotel once, but it was just okay, they could improve taste.

I received mail during the completion of my reservation that 1. No correction can be made after the reservation 2. No refund whatsoever will be done after payment and the reservation. Whether I want to reduce the duration of stay or cancellation 3. The price I paid online was very expensive compared to the other hotels. 4. I asked for toilet roll before the cleaner gave me. 5. Your instructions online is not good is so strict. It was not easy for those of us who couldn’t call direct to the hotel but decided to use booking.com to book your hotel. 6. It will be great to get a small peel or a bucket for the bathroom for us to squirt and wash our ladies Please watch booking.com side to help those who will like to book your hotel online. The instructions there put some of my colleagues to other hotel. So you lost clients Thank you

Quiet property walkable to Bali collection

Beer price too high

Location in Nusa Dua without the price of the beachfront resorts. Good pool

Air conditioner broke last 2 nights- staff didn’t fix and declined refund No gym or exercise room. Rooms dark and sterile Breakfast adequate but overall tasteless
