How friendly the staff was and very welcoming! The Ukrainian young lad who works there, WOW he was so so lovely and very helpful! I couldn’t recommend that young boy enough and how lovely he really was! He deserves a pay rise! The bedroom was just perfect! Just how we needed and liked it! It was just perfect! I loved how you can use the jacuzzis and it wasn’t too busy so we can relax and not worry! What a wonderful place and I would recommend this place to anyone! What an amazing place for the value of money!!! Perfectly priced and amazing what you get with it!! We will definitely be back! Thank you for making our holiday just perfect!

The location was perfect, not far from the train station. The food was really good as well! The staff were amazing!!

Very helpful & kind staff who made me feel very welcome.
The building was modern & clean.
The shower was powerful & nice & hot.
The bar had a good selection.
One tiny little pillow is ridiculous. I needed at least 3 or 4 of these.
The heating didn't work.
There was no milk & only 1 tea bag
The bed was very hard & the quilt was wafer thin so I was cold all night.

Spacious rooms. Parking availability. Close to city.
Beds are super strong, if not used to that then you will be very uncomfortable.
Son saw cocrouche in bathroom.
