The level of service is unmatched. Every staff member remembers your name and preferences. They go extra mile to make sure every detail is managed to perfection from assisting with itinerary to the excellent meals. The location of course is beautiful and each meal memorable but the service we received impressed us the most.

From the minute you park in carpark to departure you are made to feel at home. The bed and pillows were amazing along with the food service which was spectacular
Nothing to fault

The Louise, Barossa Valley
A beautiful property with stunning views. Our room was well furnished and very comfortable. The restaurant was superb — outstanding food, wonderful ambience, excellent wine pairings and impeccable service. We will certainly love to return.
The lounge chair in our room had some dirty stains.

The main building including dining areas were lovely. Very comfortable beds
Our suite was a little tired. The chairs were stained and parts of the shower had mouldy or just dirty black grouting.
The food was really terrible and incredibly disappointing as I had stayed here before and the food had been sensational!
The gardens looked quite neglected and there were weeds and near dead plants leading up to the entrance.
A few of the wait staff lacked any training in hospitality .
I don’t think the experience matched the expensive price tag
