Ze waren vriendelijk maar praten bijna geen Engels. Zeer slecht voor een hotelmerk als Hilton met 5 sterren

Het eten was zeer slecht en duur, vlees was taai alles was koud echt zeer slecht. De kamers zijn heel oud en hebben allemaal vies tapijt en zeer slechte kussens zonder ondersteuning. Ook staat door heel het hotel extreem hoog de airco aan waardoor je goed ziek kan worden. Personeel is vriendelijk maar 95% praat geen Engels. Dit is echt zeer slecht voor een international hotel

Rude staff. Check in day, i have requested if it’s possible for late chrck out and was offer a complimentary late check out at 3pm( Connie pan) thought we heard wrongly but both of us hear the same thing a reconfirm again. It’s was 3pm. The night before check out I went to confirm with the staff on duty to ensure that the systems was updated but He was so rude and say that’s not possible and we have to pay for it. (It’s was quite an insult based on his attitude and tone as if we were telling lies). Was extreme upset by his attitude hence overlook to name him. breakfast limited choice was short of staff, we have to look for cutlery b clean the table ourside one day when all tables are used.I have seen pple taking bread n fruits from the restaurant area after breakfast hence 1 morning as we were rushing for train we went for a coffee n bread I ask one of the staff at the reception if I’m able to take some fruit away, well guess what her she say I will not be able to bring their food out! This is totally bad coz her tone was extreme rude as it’s was gentle question! Why are others able to do so and she has to use such a harsh tone .
