Loved everything!!
José was really nice. The other staff were all.polite too.
The location is fantastic.
I saved this to visit some years ago so had high expectations.
The room had everything we needed and was clean.
The bed was very comfortable.
The air conditioning worked well and was quiet.
The TV was good.
The blackout curtains worked well.
The kitchen had a fridge with a small freezer compartment which was very much welcome.
Toilet paper, tea towels, washing up liquid and sponges were all provided.
Parking was so easy in the car park in the street by the hotel (and free). Even if it was ever an issue at a busier time there are plenty of other places to park.
Walking out to the sea was wonderful. It was calm and shallow.
The outdoor seating area is great.
There are restaurants - high, mid and low end - just by the hotel. 30 seconds walk maximum.
The promenade in front is lovely to walk along.
The Spar supermarket nearby is big, has a fresh meat counter and is open on Sundays until 2pm.
Superb location for exploring Calblanque Regional Park, La Manga, the Battery, and so much more.
The WiFi could be better. Not an issue for us as I just switched to data (but I'm mentioning it to set expectations of other visitors).

Fab room overlooking beach, great terrace to sit and watch the sea and relax,
Bar and restaurant below, so easy to grab food and a drink.
The locals (One family) made it very well known they OWN the area - literally placed their sunshades and chairs around me to the point I was under their shade and their chair on mine.... having been there all day and they arrived around 5pm! Really rude, and loud!
Put me off the location for beach break ...
Saw it happen to others - simple solution move up the beach to next to the lifeguards - seems they dont want to walk to the sandy sea entrance - so you end up with space!

Jose the owner it’s a great host and look after his clients as they are his family.
The loft apartment was super with all facilities we need for our holidays.
Beds are very comfortable and the shower room it’s a plus.
Jacuzzi at the hotel was fun.
All exceptional, we will come back soon.

Very clean and excellent location
Taxi travel out of season is a bit hit and miss. A hire car is almost essential especially if mobility is an issue
