The jetty is getting a revamp but needs it

The shower was great, though easily flooded the entire bathroom, just needs a bigger drainage system and it would be 10/10 It was clean, had a fridge and freezer rather than your standard mini bar, the beds were okay they were warm enough. Loved that there was a pedestal fan, and that there was a dishwasher! The staff were the highlight of the stay, they were so kind and friendly, especially Deb and Grace, grace was hands down perfect! Loved the karts, they were suitable for all ages for the passenger seating and still were suitable for my 4 year old son. Activities for kids were given (colouring in) to us from reception, they also had holiday activities for kids on like a movie night, children’s trivia, and bingo.

In room DV11, the double bedroom glass door didn’t lock, as the metal where the lock sits was pushed in/damaged. Though the screen door locked fine. I would have liked a fly screen on the front door so I could keep the door open for air flow, and not worry about bugs or flies making their way in. The fold out bed had brown marks in the edges, though I laid a blanket down. Plastic bowls and cups for children were avaliable.

Lovely & peaceful location. A great place to stay for families with young children
