Perfect location in the city, very short walk from the city center. All the amenities you could ever imagine - ear plugs, beach equipment (the umbrella was a life saver), fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, even washing machine. The loft was very cosy and stylish, had good air conditioning and a fan. The host Lucia was a very sweet and attentive.

Es ist wirklich ein super schönes Apartment. Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und es war alles da, was man braucht. Lucia war auch immer für einen da, wenn man Fragen hatte.

Leider ist es ziemlich laut und im oberen Stock verdammt warm; man bekommt es trotz Klimaanlage auch nicht wirklich kühler.

This is a lovely, cozy loft with a nice homely feel to it. It has lots of great amenities, such as chairs and a sun umbrella for the beach, and the bed is comfortable and large. The location is good too, being only 10/15 minutes walk away from the centre of town and 30 minutes from the beach on the bus. Lucia was a fantastic host who went above and beyond for us during our stay. On the first day when I (being absentminded) locked the keys inside the flat, she very quickly responded to my messages and replaced the keys in the lock box for us without complaint. She also helped us with a recommendation of where to store our luggage on the last day of our stay as our flight was late in the evening. 10/10 would stay again.

We had very little to complain about. The AC is very loud for night but Lucia provided earplugs and there is a fan by the bed if need be, although my partner and I found the heat fine without the AC on at night in the middle of August so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone else staying. Lastly, the loft is made out of a converted building so you are close to the neighbours and share one mottled window in the building with a neighbour. This wasn't a problem though, the layout for the loft offers complete privacy and the neighbours were very quiet for their part, just something to be aware of.

The location is beautiful with quick access to the city. The old building has a charming air.
