Great location, loved having the terrace and air conditioning was a bonus with the hot weather!
Kitchen a little small but manageable

Very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable. Amazing location, right in the city centre. Staff are very accommodating and friendly.

Carlotta was fantastic and so was Natasha, although I had more contact with Carlotta. Carlotta went above what her requirements were and she was excellent--cannot praise her enough. You are lucky to have her as an employee!
The Studio apartment was excellent. We had a coffee maker, fridge, air conditioning, balcony-- all were perfect.
You asked us about the air filters and we know nothing about these filters--when we left the air was working and was working on our arrival--no problems or issues with air. I don't even know where these filters go in the air system.
Donna and Joao Botelho de Sousa
No phone contact at this time to the main office--I had to come down each time if I had a problem or issue--not convenient. Phone was not operating.
