Location seemed to be good.

Unclean with dust and cobwebs throughout. Main wall beside our bed had a hole in it and paper thin, having to hear conversations next door all night. Ceiling in the shower falling off in large flakes. Room service non existent and for 60 plus year olds carrying your luggage up steep, narrow twisting stairs a challenge, although we did get some assistance. A broken chair and curtains fell off when closing. Although quirky it's very tired and expensive..

Friendly and helpful reception at this unique and quirky hotel. My en-suite room was clean and perfectly adequate, with the huge plus that overlooked an internal courtyard of plants and trees. So with the window open I woke to the sound of bird song..... All within 5 mins walk from the Seine! A pure gem with a old fashioned vibe.

Note: there is no breakfast served at the hotel but you can buy croissants, coffee etc locally and eat it outside on a shared terrace overlooking the internal courtyard. Bliss on a sunny morning!

Room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast was awful.. microwaved eggs. No parking.

The hotel is in a great location and the room was sparkling clean with a nice bathroom. Oooh! Those tiny showers, though.

The people in the neighboring rooms seemed to think they were the only ones on the floor and proceeded to be VERY loud any time they came back to their rooms. And when the theater across the street got out the crowd was abuzz and when the actors came out, spectators cheered and clapped. If you are noise sensitive ask for a room in the back of the building! P.S. there is not an elevator so be prepared to carry your bags!

Some plumbing noise and noise from neighbours and shower doors did not work properly (off their hinges)

Great location, friendly staff.

Room was old and was in desperate need of renovation. The beds where old and the blankets as well. The room was dusty and there was fungus in the shower. it was impossible to put of the central heating.

I’ve had an awesome time in our hotel. the room was very cosy and individual decorated with a nice firm bed. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with all our enquiries. Even where best to buy phone SIM cards. very central location in an area with small streets with plenty of great restaurants and bakeries. if we are going back to Paris. this hotel would be our first choice again. thanks Jens

winter blanked could be thicker. still not cold but not warm either.

Everything was excellent! The staff was very kind and informative. Τhe room was spacious, beautiful and warm, at all hours of the day as the radiator was always on. Τhe location is very convenient as the accommodation is in the center of Paris and close to all the attractions (metro and bus stops are very close but we personally did not need them due to the short distances). In general, the whole experience at the accommodation was perfect! I highly recommend it and would prefer it again on my next visit to Paris!

There was some dust in the room but all in all it was clean. Also there is not an elevator in the building (which we didnt mind at all, but is something to keep in mind)
