Great location
The layout is strange with the toilet off the kitchen and no sink for hand washing so you need to go the length of the apartment to wash your hands.

The apartment is very spacious and clean. The amenities are excellent. The host provided very clear instructions on entry as well and allowed us early check in.

The location is great, the building and apartment itself is very spacious and stylish.
Bed is very comfortable.
Only small things: the coffee machine didn’t quite work, providing some milk/cream will be great; also a shower curtain will prevent the water coming out.
There was a little hiccups when picking up the key as it was not in the place it supposed to be. However, the office lady was very helpful in sorting thing out.

Great location and central. Everything we need on a short stay. Clean appartement and confortable beds. The host was very responsive.
Not much we didn’t like. We just would like to suggest to have paper towel for the kitchen and maybe a broom.

Large spacious apartment in great location. It’s close to Lyon’s shopping streets and restaurants. It’s also easy to walk to Lyon’s old Town.
1. With the heatwave, it was extremely hot even though there were a couple of fans provided. We found it hard to sleep at night.
2. It would have been good if the property provides cleaning and other supplies in the kitchen.

The flat is big and very conveniently located in the city centre, close to the metro station and many bus stops. Our daughter had a lot of fun in the beautiful playground just on Bellecour place.
The water closet is far from the bathroom.

Big roomy comfortable apartment with everything we needed.
Local advice on bars and restaurants: we found the right ones rather late in our stay.

I had a location in mind and this apartment met all my expectations. The apartment is situated in the 2nd Arrondissement between two rivers 2 mins walk and a 5min walk from the Ancient Quarter and the Modern Quarter. Local Park, Car park and Metro Station are right opposite the apartment.

The apartment is on the 4th floor (with lift) and is as shown. The apartment has a lot of fittings, such as shelves, cupboards and has a washing machine with tumble dryer function. The apartment is located directly at Place Bellecour and therefore very central with many bars/cafés and shopping facilities. To the old town it is a 10 minute walk. The view is into the bright courtyard and so it was also very quiet, but very hot (40 degrees). The landlady had provided us with a stand and a table fan, which helped a little bit. You can park in the public parking garage (daily rate € 34) right next door. The communication with Carine was smooth and fast.
The only negative points were the dusty shelves and the wooden floor, which was not wiped properly. Apart from that the price-performance ratio was reasonable and good.

Perfect location, "french charme", good value and smooth check-in in addition to a very quiet apartment, huge volumes and comfortable bedding
The only thing I would have love is a second key, but I didn’t ask for it
