Host very good to communicate with and met us at the property. Very comfortable stay and lovely setting

Friendly host, cosy and warm, perfect location for us as we were guests at a wedding in Newton Hall. Great value.
As others have mentioned the railway is very close but the trains stop over night and didn't disturb our sleep.

Everything! Wonderful caravan, spotlessly clean and providing everything you could wish for.
Nothing!

The caravan is very nice and clean and has everything you need. The view looking out from the lounge window is beautiful. Fields and trees..
However, the back of the van is about 30ft from the main trainline to Edinburgh. Trust me it's terrifying when trains go past at Mach 3 all night longwhen you are trying to sleep it really is scary.
