The location and views were the best
Alamanda resort itself is a little outdated especially the ‘old spa’ area (by the adult pool) which is not in use anymore. There are no bathrooms downstairs by the pools! We were on the second floor with no lifts so that was rather inconvenient

Location amazing, view amazing, very spacious, facilities great
Beds were awful, the most uncomfortable unsupportive beds we have ever slept on. It was almost as if there were no springs in the bed and we sank down so much they were awful I had to pack two doonas under my sheets to lift me up a bit.

Location, sunning views, easy to walk around Palm Cove and simply relax. Uninterrupted views with no road in front of the units.

We have stayed beachfront at Alamanda on 2 previous occasions in the last 18 months, the room rate for this apartment was more competitive however the quality was not of the same standard.
Apartment was a little tired and very sparsely decorated, balcony sliding doors and BR1 privacy were hard to open. No welcome pack as suggested in welcome note, BR1 blanket had yellow stain, only 1 very small bottle of body wash. We'd not stay in this apartment again.

The location was perfect as we were attending a wedding at the resort. The apartment was beautiful and clean with brilliant view. Great apartment in lovely location.

The view. The position. The layout of the apartment. The quality of appliances, furniture, etc. The pools. The view from the couch. The air conditioning.:) The proximity to so many amazing restaurants. Everything else!!
Dryer didn't work. Delay in changing light bulb. A few minor cleanliness issues.

Location was great and the room we stayed in was quiet and very comfortable. The restaurant in the complex Nunu has a different menu and is very tasty.
