I would not stay again

I liked the location bit the things I liked just about ended there sadly

Breakfast was Luke warm, the pool was closed, the main elevator was broken, we were charged 2 times for parking and charged a higher rate then quoted...the room was kinda clean and I found hair on 2 of the towels and I had to make the bed myself.

Great place to stay with friends during a dance competition.

The rooms were awesome, the breakfast was incredible with lots of options, and the staff were very understanding and friendly.

Good location for whom were visiting. Good staff and breakfast.

The breakfast was great. There was a little market that had a couple items we wanted so we didn’t have to order food delivery. Lots of space in the room for 2, since my husband has a walker. Good sized bathroom and shower.

The patio had low planters which were difficult to maneuver around to be able to sit on patio(deck), so we never did.

An exceptional place to spend your time in Seattle, away from the hustle and bustle but near all.

This is a great place - it looks like a brand new place, hardly used. The room is very spacious with a lot of amenities. It is also close to Lake Washington and within walking distance.

It was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed walking to the Landing.

The room was spacious and very nice. The Bed was comfortable, the lobby area clean and modern/sleek, and the front desk staff was great. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Parking was easy also.

We have no complaints except the ice machine wasn't working. We were only there for 1 night and thought the property was very nice.

overall it was a nice clean place to stay. stayed here during my sons basketball tournament.

the location, how clean the rooms were, I appreciated how clean the shower was.

there was only one exit. one way in and one way out.

It’s ok, nothing special.

Convenient location.

I was asked at check in if I wanted my room refreshed every other day and I said yes. That never happened! Small fitness area lacking basic equipment (chest press and abs machines). Also customers must be informed before booking that there is an extra charge for parking. It is an expensive accommodation and parking should be included in the price already.

Comfortable

For a family of four we got a king plus sofa. There's two adults and two small children so we all fit on one bed. Breakfast was excellent!

coffee packets in room aren't good :(

Comfortable!

Breakfast was nice many chooses. I had never stayed at a Residents inn before was very comfortable. Will for sure use again. Thank you very much.

Lovely, comfortable, clean room.

Only grabbed a yogurt, fruit cup and coffee. Looked to have a wonderful selection, just didn’t have time to eat more

Limited selection at kiosk the night before. Due to poor weather could not get any food delivery. Would have liked a beer. Had only wine. No assistance in calling for a cab in the morning
