We had a great three-night stay here with our 4yr old. We needed a base to come back to for food and a rest for our toddler, and the space was perfect. It is exactly as described, with a central location in El Born that's walkable to lots of sights and also close to the metro. There is also the added bonus of a small lift which we appreciated with a buggy. The small kitchen is well-stocked and the shower was good. There are also washing facilities but we didn't use them. We visited during a big festival (think huge parades of drums) and even then the soundproofing was good! The area has a great vibe with a nice mix of families and young people. The hosts, Jose Maria and his wife are so friendly and helpful. They were very responsive and offered us lots of recommendations for local food and drinks - thank you! A great little apartment that we would love to visit again. Highly recommend!

We had plenty of room as a family of three, but the space is quite open plan, so might not be suitable if you have a light sleeper/need more privacy. The entrance is quite discreet, but the hosts were very responsive when we had trouble finding it. Some rooms don't have a proper balcony, just a Juliette one. Again, this wasn't a problem for us as we had a young child, but might be worth checking if it's important to you.

The host was absolutely fantastic and made us feel at home, supported us during our stay with information, tips, suggestions for restaurants, and also accommodate us on departure with our luggage. The location is super with everything each to reach and also the restaurants around were awesome and the food exceptional.

Nothing, all was perfect!

Posizione fantastica, appartamento molto confortevole e pulitissimo Host molto disponibile, attento e gentile.

Il lavandino in bagno è un po’ piccolo. Le sedie del tavolo sono un po’ rovinate e suggerisco di rinnovarle

Location is great, we had a private 5th floor terrace overlooking the old cathedral tower and a bustling square. Easy walk (apart from heat and humidity which made it a bit less pleasant) to all the main attractions in Barcelona. Air conditioning plus ceiling fans made it out oasis in the heat.
