Tutti i pavimenti in legno, lavatrice, asciugatrice, porte francesi conducono dalla nuova cucina abitabile al proiettato in veranda. Il proiettati in veranda è arredata con mobili e una griglia. Passeggiata a tutto! (a meno di un miglio di distanza!) Grande in città Vineyard Haven posizione, ma in una zona molto tranquilla, senza traffico. A piedi da negozi e ristoranti su pittoresca Main Street. A piedi al traghetto., Porto / marina, e pista ciclabile ... tutto 3/4 di un miglio di distanza ...! Ci sono tre fan in piedi e anche un ventilatore da soffitto in cucina. . Casa ideale per chi ama stare vicino a tutto. Portico schermato conduce a una nuova grande doccia esterna. Lucernari. Situato a soli 7 miglia al largo della costa del Massachusetts, la bellissima isola di Martha Vineyard è un mondo a parte, offre un ambiente vacanza diversa dalle altre. Esplorare la diversità dei sei comuni dell'isola, fare lunghe passeggiate lungo o rive incontaminate, e passo indietro nel tempo a un ritmo più lento. Ogni stagione offre qualcosa di diverso. Venite a provare tutta l'isola di Martha Vineyard ha da offrire.

Perfect charming Vineyard cottage! Lovely screened in porch. Comfortable beds & well equipped kitchen. Close to the museum and walk to Vineyard Haven center. Best part is we brought the dog!!! Hope to return again.

First and foremost, if you're reading this review you should know that Annette will email you after your visit, with a quid-pro-quo style review request; offering you a 5 star review, but only if you leave one first. Secondly, she as well as the owner will offer you to re rent "privately" in the future, which is a violation of VRBO policies. The property fit our needs decently well. However, Anette, the person who played the property manager role in leasing the home, was overbearing. Annette's over the top communication style which, often times, included full caps lock, bold and underlined fonts was unprofessional.Communication was too much for us - before, during and after. We just wanted to be on vacation. Instead it was nearly a text or call every day asking if we checked in, if the trash was taken this day or that day, etc. All that back and forth and yet the landscaper showed up unannounced. I understand the need for communication, but the check in instructions are emailed, posted and resent before check in. At some point it starts to feel like we're being parented rather than what we are - paying visitors. The "lease" process is a bit of a joke. First, you won't get the lease, yet you will be asked to pay the remaining sum. That's right; you're expected to pay in full before even reviewing a "legally binding" contract. "Legally binding" because no one is actually required to sign this contract. They just type names in a cursive font within a word document. Cont...
