Staff were friendly, I was arriving after hours and Karen was extremely accommodating, turning our lights & heater on in our room upon arrival. Great quite location, room was immaculate!

the beds were amazingly comfy. Karen gave us a friendly welcome.
Room very brightly lit with no bedside lighting. Was advised Rooms serviced Mon-Fri only. Must remember to ask for additional towels, tea/coffee and take your own rubbish out daily if staying over weekend. Unfortunately, I had a man knock then immediately enter while I was in the bathroom on the Saturday morn. He took our rubbish out.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed a delicious penne bolognese in the restaurant. They did up a continental breakfast box that I could have in my room. Location was great. Conference was on site and easy to access. Short drive to shopping centres.
Curtains could have been a bit heavier as they let in a lot of light at night

It took a vey long time for water in the shower to warm up (water wastage)

Did not eat there. Mealtimes were not convenient to our needs. Menu poor
Floors in bathroom dangerously slippery. having to switch on taps prior to entering shower made it even more dangerous.
Found stained doonas very underwhelming. Fridge noise was very disconcerting. Crockery and cutlery were inadequate for needs.

Really friendly staff - room was lovely and clean - shower amazing.
We arrived a bit late and tired - meant to book a Italian restaurant which the town is famous for, however the restaurant was lovely great food - best garlic prawns l’ve eaten in a long time. Great Chef.
Nothing - hit the mark for a motel.
