The location was great : 2 min to Sloane Square Station with many shops and cafes nearby. Wonderful housekeepers and helpful concierge staff.
Actually nothing. But if the shower water temperature could be abit more even and drainage in shower abit faster would have been peefect

It’s a HUGE 1 BR flat. Only steps from SLOANE SQ & tube. Even better than pics look. Very comfortable & bed is terrific
could be a bit updated furniture wise.But not at all a deterrent

I love the Sloane Club, having lived in Chelsea for 10 years I often have friends stay there as I did when I used to visit. The apartments are wonderful, wish they were there 15 years ago. Great location. Great fit out. Use of the Sloane Club facilities is lovely. The rooftop bar/restaurant was wonderful with our dog. Would highly recommend

We booked a 2 bed and expected 2 full bathrooms but got an apartment with 1 and a half bathrooms.

The apartment was very clean, bed was comfortable and the studio was well equipped. Great location
The radiator in the kitchen was very noisy during the night before our daughters wedding☹️

Staff were helpful. Apartment really quiet and in a brilliant location. Comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Almost impossible to get them on the phone. I got locked out with no shoes on (long story) and as reception is a street away from the apartment found it difficult to get hold of someone to let me back in again!

The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and very clean. Being so close to Sloane Square station and a short walk to Victoria Station meant it was in the perfect location for exploring London.
There was a wide selection of shops (including some very upmarket brands) and restaurants within a short walk of the apartment.
The only thing I would mention is that the shower is over the bath with a big step up and down, which may be troublesome for anyone with mobility issues.

The property location is amazing. It's a quiet street but just a quick walk to the metro. It's also an easy walk to several tourist attractions.
It was super clean and nicely equipped. The kitchen is small but perfect for breakfast or a quick late-night supper. It opens to a family room which we used a great deal for reading and hanging out watching TV.
The bathrooms were spacious and clean.
Fluffy duvets were appreciated!
The front desk is very friendly.
Not a single complaint!
