Location is great! Staff is very pleasant

Not really a 4 star! Room small and some activities (eg heated pool) don’t work

Fabulous hotel! Beautiful room, clean and in a superb location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. Staff spoke English and the food was amazing!

Shower is in the room which is perfectly fine for a couple, but something to be aware of if you're staying with friends.

For the junior suite : Nice Staff, good breakfast, Comfortable room. Great location for beach and city center access. The room has most services; The pool is a nice bonus even though the sea is just across the road. A lot of space in the room. Has bath and shower.

Room not well optimized : not enough places to hang towels or clothes. No access to the spa without an extra charge. You could expect a better quality for the price.

We had a fabulous stay at the Hotel. All the staff were friendly. Breakfast was great. Very good location.

Great location

Dark room. Staff were generally unhelpful. Breakfast, unimaginative. Early on Christmas Eve we asked the eloquent person at the front desk if he could book at “Le Belem”for us for dinner as we did not speak French. He called the restaurant and booked for us. We also asked him if the hotel served dinner on Christmas day, he said it was “really expensive” but would book for us. On enquiring at the front desk, later that day, the time of the hotel dinner on Christmas evening the new person at the desk said the dinner was actually this evening. We were surprised and couldn’t believe that both our dinner at Le Belem that night (because it was closed) and our meal on Christmas Day was actually the previous evening.

We liked the breakfast.

Smallish rooms, small pool, very noisy in the rooms at night as it's off the main street & across public beach. No privacy at all in the bathroms with their open concept.
