Hotel Leo

The location is close to the shopping area. There was a very lovely lady at the front desk who can speak English very fluently and also have us great recommendations for late night dinner and told us where the laundromat was. We really appreciated the free parking onsite. Will recommend this place.

Location was excellent for shopping and dining

The hotel's only advantage: its location—close to the shopping area, terraces, and restaurants, as well as the meeting point for organized tours.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel did not live up to expectations or justify the price paid—even though this was our second visit ( present conditions, cannot compare to those of two years ago). • Cleanliness: The room was clean but smelled of disinfectant; upon arrival, I found traces of dust on the furniture, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect regarding hygiene. • Major improvements are needed regarding the building and room facilities. • Disappointing breakfast with limited options. • Staff: The reception staff showed a lack of interest and poor communication. • Unfortunately, Ms. Helen's absence was felt. We regret to say that we certainly will not return and cannot recommend this hotel under current conditions.
