Carla est une hôte très souriante et agréable ! Elle parle bien l'anglais donc la communication n'a pas été un problème avec elle.
La chambre peut sembler petite, elle contient tout ce qu'il faut et même un frigo (débranché lorsque la chambre n'est pas occupée) mais la salle de bain avec baignoire spa vaut vraiment le coup. Nous y avons passé un long moment de détente.
Il y a un chauffage très puissant dans la salle de bain, au-dessus de la baignoire.
L'emplacement est du côté rural de la ville, en pleine campagne, nous avons eu la chance d'être accueilli par des moutons ainsi que leurs bébés !
Nous avons visité un peu la ville de Hellevoetsluis le soir, c'est une charmante petite ville en bord de mer, très calme.
Si je retourne dans cette région de la Hollande, je reviendrais avec plaisir !

Even though the service was ok, from the pictures, we were expecting to have our private terrace or balcony with views to the fields. But we just got a couple of chairs just in front of the road, yet with views to the fields unless when the parking is full, then the cars park just in front of the ground floor appartment, so you just get to see a car in front your window. They do have alternatively a common terrace shared with the property and the staff
Overrated price for what you get.. the breakfast is good yet is not included in the price

We liked everything about this place. It was very well run by Carla who greeted us warmly upon our arrival and who was a very attentive host throughout our stay. Our room was first class and the jacuzzi bath was put to good use after a long day cycling.

Wonderful stay, the place is well decorated and quiet, the hostess is delightful, helps you with everything and makes you feel comfortable (thank you for the breakfast, it was perfect !)
And on top of that... the jacuzzi :)

The breakfast was excellent, beautifully presented and a wide choice of food. The dining areas, outside in the pretty garden or inside are very relaxing and pleasant. The owner Carla is very helpful and accommodating, she was happy to have our car parked with her whilst we did a cycle tour.

The owner was lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was amazi g. Good location. Went to Beach Bar the Shamrock Inn which was close and amazing.

The breakfast was great! Unfortunately, we were in a hurry, so couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked to. Regardless, it was a real surprise when seeing the rich breakfast that we were servesd.
There was a slight unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It was probably due to the pipes and not anything the owner of the guesthouse could solve. So, we accepted it and with the bathroom door closed, it didn't bother us.

Location is awesome. House is In beetween the fields. Sunrise view is very good. Sheeps, horses, cows nearby.
Host was very friendly. Room was super clean.
All Basic kitchen items are there.
Overall very good experience. Will surely visit again.

Quiet and tranquil place. For working professional who need rest and recharge before next challenging day it was perfect. Room was comfy, decent size and with AC. Private bathroom outside the room short walk through corridor. Breakfast which fill you up and keep ticking until lunch. Friendly owner happy to help if needed. If that wasn't business trip I would stay for a bit longer.

Bad and bedroom separated by hallway , pictures on site and info don't mention this. Also the heating in the bathroom didn't work was cold.

Nice host
The bathroom was at least 5meters away and in another room. You could only lock it from the inside, which leaves the door accessible for anyone when you're not around.
The floor was creaking a lot, you could hear everything from the hall at night. Whenever someone's door opened or closed. It was not comfy

No door between bed and bathroom. Hot under the roof, fan is not enough. Also a TV would be nice to have for this price.

I really enjoyed my stay. This hotel is located is a beautiful spot, just out of the main town. The room was immaculate and had a beautiful view of the lovely countryside. I felt very welcome and well looked after by the friendly owner. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. I highly recommend staying here.
