The people that work there are just amazing. Very kind and helpful. They quickly answered all my questions both online (when I was planning my trip) and when I was already in the hotel.

It was a little bit noisy when someone would go up/downstairs because my room was on the ground floor and the door was pretty thin. The breakfast is actually in another hotel. The biggest advantage of it is a perfect view of volcano 🌋. The staff is very nice too. But the size of dish was not very big, I use to eat way more food before starting an active, full of adventures, day.

Absolutely everything here is perfect. The Volcano Bay view, the host Leire, the rooms. It is the to-go stay for everyone who wants to visit La Fortuna (which already has a lot to offer).

The attention at the front desk, provided by Leyle and the other lady, named with a Y, was exceptional. Thanks to both, who made our stay awsome!

very nice and comfy rooms and facilities. hotel staff is friendly and helpful and can arrange transportation for you. very good breakfast with a stunning volcano view in a nearby hotel. you can reach the Center and restaurants und a few minutes by foot.

I've stayed here for 2 nights. The room is very stylish, the hotel is located perfectly on a quiet street and still very close to the center of La Fortuna. I did a mistake with my initial booking, and the staff easily rescheduled my reservation without extra costs, thank you! +Parking is right in front of the hotel. +Breakfast is from 07.00 in Restaurant Acacia, you can choose from different options. We took Gallo Pinto which was delicious. You can see a lot of Birds and the Volcano Arenal!

Room 19 is awful. It is next to the laundry room and guess what they turned on the washers/driers about 7am on a Sunday... Noisy fan, noisy AC There's only a tiny window which receives light all day and all night even if you want to rest at night.

Beyond expectations...the "team" are so helpful and go above and beyond to assist with an exellent attitude. This is a little gem just a block away from the centre of La Fortuna. Highly recommended

Free breakfast at Xilopalo - the open air restaurant is next to an open field. We saw so many birds, including Toucans. I suspect you see more birds at breakfast than on some of the paid bird watching tours.

A local bar plays loud dance music into the night - the top floor has the best volcano view, but has less sound protection as it is the tallest of the surrounding buildings. For the 4 weekday nights we were there, the thump thump thump music did not stop until 2 am. The lower floors are better protected by the nearby buildings so I suspect this is less of an issue or no issue.

The room is very spacious and of 5-star quality! Their staff are super friendly and helpful and will recommend and book tours for you; they're always ready to answer your questions, too. I also like that this hotel is located in the quieter part of this small town (it's only 5-min walk to the town center but is still quieter and closer to what looked like houses of locals, which is cool).

The location was fantastic, and it was a really safe place to stay in. Parking was easy and the staff were absolutely lovely. Definitely worth staying here.

Cozy feeling

The rooms are based in La Fortuna, very close to amenities and restaurants. The receptionists and the staff were excellent, friendly, polite, and efficient. Noylin was super helpful and assisted us with the choice of restaurants and daily excursions throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, and you could watch and listen to birdlife at its best from the table. From the common area "Balcony" you can have a clear picture of the Arenal vulcano.

We found the air conditioning to be quite noisy and there wasn't a place to put our suitcases on. In the picture, it shows a balcony, which gives the impression to be private, but it is only part of a common area.

A very warm welcome. Lots of information about local area, national parks, trips & recommendations of the local restaurants. A room with a great view of volcano. Breakfast was tasty with lovely birdlife for company .

Everything was really lovely

The best service I received in my time in Costa Rica. They provided assistance with booking tours and activities, recommending places to eat and check out. The view of Arenal Volcano was amazing!! The bed was comfortable, WIFI was great and the included breakfast was the best way to start off the day.

The view from my room was fantastic, overlooking the volcano it also came with a great coffee machine which helped wake me up for the days activities. The staff were fantastic, I was travelling alone and they went out of there way to help me when asking for advice about local restaurants and arranging tours. I would definitely recommend staying here if the opportunity arises!
