The room is big and comfy. The staff is great and english speaking. Walking distance from supermarket, restaurants, gelatos. Hotel parking.

The location is absolutely stunning and there are many incredible hikes close to the hotel. There are plenty of restaurant options and a small supermarket nearby. The staff was amazing. The front desk lady helped us so much with everything, she was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious!
The other guests and the cleaning ladies were a bit loud in the hallway which woke us up.

Solid stay near Cortina. Sauna in room is nice but nothing compared to a real spa area. The view from the hotel is nice.
Breakfast is very simple. Value for money is not the best.

They offered gluten free products for breakfast.

We had 2 rooms, it was lovely. 15 minutes from Cortina with reasonable price. The staff were really nice and brakefest was also very nice. If you don't want to pay the price of places in Cortina this is definitely a great solution.

The staff were so lovely and kind. The hotel itself was cosy and a lovely stroll into town.

Friendly staff and nice room
Wifi was very slow, not many options for breakfast

Staff tried very hard and were very welcoming. it is has a splendid scenic location at the edge of San Vito di Cadore, with great views of the mountains. Nice garden, spacious room with a sauna! We were given a lift up to the bus stop to catch the bus to Venice. all good.
The location was a little further from the centre of San Vito di Cadore than we would have hoped. Perhaps because it was out os season, the hospitailty facilities were limited - bar had minimal stock and there was no restaurant.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. It was clean, quiet neighborhood, nice view from the room. 20 min away from Cortina d Ampezzo. It was private free parking.
Wifi didn’t work well during our stay. It’s expensive but in general all the hotels in the area are same or more expensive.

The view from the room was breathtaking. The room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful. The breakfast was great too. The free parking was right in front of the hotel.

We stayed here because Cortina d' Ampezzo was quite expensive. In the end we preferred it because it was so much more local and although San Vita also quite a few hotels it didn't feel touristy. Our room was cosy, the bathroom a bit old fashioned but all very clean. The staff was very nice. It was a 15 min walk into the village for restaurants, along a footpath. It was very easy to get to via a big road. You have great views onto the mountains. I'd stay again.

Great location away from the hustle and bustle of Cortina.
Some might say it was a bit dated. I found it charming and it reminded me of hotels I stayed at in my youth.

Breakfast was very good, due COVID19 although it looks like a open buffet, you are served by a nice lady. They speak Italian, German and English. Personell is nice and overall the hotel looks nice. It is a classical italian refurbished place.
I wouldn't say I didn't like and it's definitely not a negative aspect , however it's helpful to know the location isn't close to attractions.

sauna in the room is fun but not so pleasant
breakfast so so, staff bit rude, hot in room in summer

little outdated, but meets the needs.
Amazing views of the Dolomites from all sides of the hotel. Outside the hotel there is a wide lawn and benches.
The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. The dining room is beautiful and overlooks the view, the breakfast is nice. Although without eggs and vegetables, there are cheeses, sausages, pastries, juice and coffee.
Suited us for one night.

A one night stay in the middle of a hiking trip, so we greatly enjoyed the comforts of the rooms and the excellent breakfast and coffees.

The staffs in the hotel are great, very friendly and kind, a family style hotel. Nice mountain view.
The room is a bit too small, especially for 2 persons. Breakfast are good, but always the same. Furnitures are bit too old.

Very kind and friendly staff, very clean room and great location. They were very helpful although it took time as they wouldn't understand a single word in English apart from one lady. Great location, easy place to park your car and a walking distance from all the shops and location restaurants.
There were no room facilities that should be a standard for a 3 star hotel such as a fridge, a kettle or glasses in the room.
Also they would change the towels every day - nice but completely unnecessary (they would change them even if not used) and not very environmentally friendly...
Also the breakfast (very tasty) was always the same things and always cold servings i.e. nothing warm to eat - it was local ham, cheese etc.
Also, apart from one lady the rest of the staff would know a single word in English - you'd really expect them to speak but they could learn basic set fir example for ordering breakfast (like water, numbers up to 5 or things like a glass or plate).
