The room was nice and clean, the host Ken was the sweetest. She did explained everything patiently to us. We din't expect the bathtub in the toilet too. Quiet environment too. Suitable for couples!

You cant play music, the rooms are very near to each other and the neighbour started to complaint. As we had to pay penalty extra RM200 because of that. So it's more suitable for couples.

The property is badly maintained and the floor is dirty as we entered. Big and small cockroaches running in the bathroom and bedroom. Old furniture and broken chairs were found at the balcony. The whole unit is in a bad and dirty condition. Aircon in master room is not cold and we have to turned on the fan to sleep. Pillows are flat and kitchen tap is broken. Even the curtains are torn!

Cleanliness. Found dead cockroach in bathroom with unpleasant smell. No hand soap and toilet tissues in another bathroom. Tv no programme.

Host was very helpful & his explanation to check in was very clear. The place was comfortable & clean. You can wash your clothes & even cook a complete meal.

The parking area was so far from the lift to the apartment. Carrying lots of heavy stuff with small kids in tow was such a hassle. If you are travelling with small kids,elders & OKU,this is not a suitable place for you.
