Le Bonheur Villa

We had a wonderful 5 nights but the fantastic hospitality started even before we arrived. Our plane was late but the hotel owner, Marylou, knew a member of our cabin crew who plied us with champagne and a cheese plate on our way to the Seychelles. The villa itself is well laid out with a swimming pool area and open air dining & relaxing area. The rooms are clean and serviced most days. Breakfast is good but the optional dinner is the standout with delicious fresh fish options, cooked by the inhouse chef, Marylou’s son. The beach is literally across the road. If you are looking for an alternative to an expensive resort, I cannot recommend this more highly.

Nothing in particular. Like most places around the island you’ll need a rental car to get around. Marylou can arrange this for you (and also any excursions you need)

Very welcoming from the moment you enter the gate. Lovely open air lobby and swimming pool area.

Breakfast was superb and the staff was efficient and very friendly

I'm not so sure.

At breakfast people www given a choice of eggs. It was pleasant.

The room was classical and did not have a television.
