The two floor room gives space and a good ambience to the room, Location, cleanliness and location is my top choice. The hosts were very helpful too with all the details like parking etc.
The bathroom being on the ground floor and the bedroom upstairs made it inconvenient to go up and down for toilet needs, especially at night.
