Great location, clean and comfortable with everything you needed. Nice little extra touches with leaving grapes, fruit juice and pastries throughout our stay. The communication and support from Federica was absolutely great. The instructions to check into the property with our really late arrival were the best instructions we have ever experienced. We will definitely be booking this accommodation if it’s available when returning to Bergamo.
Everything was just perfect.

Location
There were no towel racks in the bathroom, and the hallway light worked only intermittently.

Great location, nice decoration, very clean, easy check-in, pleasant host. There are a kettle, fridge, and tea/coffee amenities in the room. All the services available on side.
It was quite cold in the room at night, extremely cold in the bathroom, the warm water in the shower was finishing very fast, and it was not comfortable to sleep (not comfortable bad and dry air because of air conditioning).

"Il Signor Giuseppe, signore di nome e di fatto. La stanza accogliente e pulita così come il bagno. La posizione strategica."
