Lovely hotel. Staff are fantastic. Facilities are great. Close to restaurants

Loved the room, view, vicinity. Close to the airport for our trip home. Great restaurants nearby and the hotel food was good too. Swim up bar at the pool is great. Staff are very helpful.

Völlig überteuert für mittelmäßigen Standard

Die Unterkunft liegt genau am Strand. Dies ist aber auch schon der einzige Vorteil. Das Hotel ist für den Standard, den es bietet, völlig überteuert. Das Essen ist mittelmäßig und das Personal reißt einem die Teller bereits weg, wenn man noch nicht einmal das Besteck aus der Hand gelegt hat.

Die Stühle auf der Terrasse sind vollkommen verdreckt durch Vogelkot. Das Personal im Restaurant ist so effizient, dass einem kaum Zeit zum Essen gelassen wird.

It was bad. Left immidiately as could not tolerate the hotel. May not be the case for others.

Room is so dusty and there is something very wrong at this property. Immidately we checked out and move to another hotel. I do not kow what happened. But I did not like it. Would not stay there any more.

Very good

Beautiful sea view, comfortable bed, great internet connection, polite and helpful staff, good location, proximity to many restaurants and shops.

Very good variety of breakfast, could maybe include more continental options (vegetables, meat, pancake toppings, plant-based milk, seeds for cereals, etc) being a five-star hotel.

Fine for the evening if you require a hotel near to the airport but otherwise look elsewhere.

Not a quality hotel. Food poor and expensive and property is v. tired.

Underwhelmed compared to other Heritance Hotels we have stayed in

The location was nice, directly on the beach and not too far from Negombo city and the airport

Evening dinner was very disappointing, only a set dinner with minimal choice on offer. Compared to the other Heritance Hotels we stayed in during our t holiday were underwhelmed.

The staff are very helpful.

For the price of 5 star hotel doesn’t matter . This hotel has just a pool . They don’t have facilities for the beach . Breakfast for 5 start hotel wasn’t ok. Not to much option . I saw the pictures on booking.com and I was expected more for the rest days for relax .

Good

The hotel was directly at the beach and it was 25min from the airport. Staff was ok and the rooms were clean. Food was ok but nothing special.

The pool are was mainly under construction but wasnt a big issue. The beach is directly at the hotel, but too many beach boys walking around to sell sth. so you were never alone. But thats not the fault of the hotel. Also i never saw such amount of raven at the pool. Maybe because of the season?

clean rooms, big room with nice balcony, friendly staff, nice location (sea view)

Swimming pool had a-lot of bugs. No private beach, you need to go outside to public beach without benches. Breakfast could have been better (no international choices) High noise in the evening from the cafes backside. Shower would take long time to get hot water

Stayed here for 3 nights. Literally, had the hotel for ourselves due to less crowd. Beach, Lagoon are the highlights of

The hotel is very good. Beach facing.Swimming pool is well maintained. Neat bathrooms. Courteous staff.

Very limited Vegetarian options. Airport pick-up for 12Km (7.5 miles) drive to hotel is $36. It is exorbitant and fleecing guests. Massage is very expensive. It says $80-$100 for 60 mins.
