The room was very clean and tidy.
Walking distance to Old Town.
Many street food spots and restaurants around the corner.
Sunday market and many other night markets all within walking distance.
7eleven and a pharmacy just a hop away from the hotel.
The staff was so helpful and friendly.
There were bus routes etc. on the lobby notice board which we found very helpful. All these bus stops were near the hotel.
The toilet was clean but there was a bad smell coming from the shower area from time to time. I guess it was the water or a clogged drain.
The soundproofing was terrible.
The reception was near our room and at night people came and rang the reception bell which was so loud. It was very annoying.
In the morning the cleaning people come and gather at the lobby talking so loud. This was also super annoying.

Location, friendly staff
The room was not cleaned for the 3 nights we spent there, even after reminding the staff every day after returning from our trips. Had to request fresh towels & water. Bed was hard.
