Villa Perris Studios

Central location for harbour and village.

Uphill, a lot of steps with a suitcase to navigate on my own in the heat. I knew I was booking a back apartment but was just facing a wall.

Excellent location, just off the harbour so very close to everything. Quite a few steps to access the property, not a problem for us. We recieved lots of information by whatsapp and booking.com beforehand about our room, checkin process, where to park as well as lots of recommendations for restaurants etc. The room was extremely clean and was regularly cleaned during our stay with fresh towels, bed linen and loo paper etc. The kitchen was very small and minimal but had everything we needed (except for a coffee maker, some rooms do have them).

We had a shared terrace rather than a private balcolny (this was our fault for not checking thoroughly at time of booking). That said the shared balcony had a lovely view of the harbour and we quite often got it to ourselves. We also had a little table just outside our appartment but it was a bit hot to sit there so some umbrellas would be useful. As others have commented the shower was very small and the drainage was very slow so the floor got wet. There was plenty of hot water at any time of day. The fridge was noisy at night. Just adding these comments for information, they did not detract from our stay.

A perfect location right in the center of Kassiopi, with a stunning view from the terrace of the harbor and the Albanian mountains in the distance. The apartment was very thoughtfully arranged and equipped. Though small, the space worked perfectly for two. Comfortable beds, and good mosquito protection. Very quiet once the bars close. Excellent wifi. The bottle of wine awaiting us was a bonus!

Lots of steps and tight spaces might be a problem for the less agile, but it didn't bother us. I like an extra pillow, but that's all, the place was fantastic.

Hi the location is brilliant - very central and the view was good if not compromised by a big cable across it.

The accommodation is basic - we couldn’t control the temp on the air con and it was very noisy. There were a couple of fans in the property which was good. We didn’t see a member of staff during our stay but I think there was a linen change. The owner was very responsive on WhatsApp. The shower room was tiny and shower curtain ineffectual so generally the room was soaked after using.
