The clean room
The rooms are in different areas of the town and this is really uncomfortable. The reception for check-in is 400mt away from the room that I was given. I wasn't told about this and was on foot. They could have at least offered to drive me there as it was cold and I had heavy luggage. Once arrived at the accomodation, I had to go up two flights of stairs (no lift ) to access the room. To top it off.... Breakfast was at the 4 star hotel (an extra charge of 11 EUR) that was across the road from the reception so I had to walk it again at 7am under the rain.
Oh...and the heating in the bathroom didn't work .
Not returning!
