Pillows Hotel Cebu

Hotel is very nice comfortable and clean and nearer to the shopping centre. All the staff are very nice,friendly and welcoming. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Sometimes it’s a bit noisy to hear some of the costumer talking especially on a late night.

The staff were all very nice and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is also conveniently located near grocery stores, which was a big plus.

However, as an OFW coming from a long flight and simply wanting to rest, I was quite disappointed with the noise. The walls and doors seem very thin, so you can easily hear people walking and talking outside, as well as doors constantly being opened and closed. There was also construction going on in the morning, and at one point, there were people fixing something right beside our room. We informed them that we were still sleeping and that the noise was disturbing us, but they continued working anyway. I found this quite inconsiderate, especially for guests who are trying to rest after a long journey.
